John Stossel, ABCNews correspondent, did a report on The Power of Belief back in October of 1998 on 20/20. It dealt with the phenomenon of faith, along with a healthy examination of the superstition and pseudo-science that surround it. He also investigates the charlatans who season the religious waters with an overabundance of faith in order to profit from the belief-systems that result. Click Here to get to the introduction.

Before you buy a new computer based on a low price due to CompuServe's $400 rebate, read the facts by viewing our Better Business Section. CompuServe will charge you a HUGE "cancellation" fee when you decide to quit using their services even if you are unable to get on-line -- a real scam! This case has been documented.
Enjoy our latest, skimpy pic-of-the-week.
Tuesday, July 27th, 1999

To ensure that charlatans do not try and scam us for our award money under our 'Psychic Challenge,' we have added a web page describing all of the necessary details. CLICK HERE to view the fine print.
Friday, July 16th, 1999
A new spiritual service was posted: Take 'The Psychic Challenge.' The disappointment of knowing that charlatans exist in our modern world and steal monies from naive people forced us to write this service. We hope to remove the veil of deceit and help people hang on to their lifesavings. Who knows? Maybe we'll find a "real" psychic. [We doubt it!]
Monday, July 12th, 1999
